Tuesday, March 13, 2018
Our plans are to hold rehearsal tonight, March 13, regardless of the weather, as our concert is coming up soon and we don't want to miss a rehearsal opportunity. Even if only a few can make it, every rehearsal is valuable at this point.
Please come if you can without taking undue risks.

On Friday, March 30th, 2018 (Good Friday), the Fredericton Choral Society and the Fredericton Symphony Orchestra will present Antonín Dvořák’s Stabat Mater, one of the towering monuments of choral music, at Wilmot United Church, 7:30 p.m. Featuring soloists Sally Dibblee, Vicki St. Pierre, Michael van der Gaag and Paul Bustin.
Dvořák’s setting of the 13th century hymn ‘Stabat Mater’, which imagines Mary’s suffering during Christ’s crucifixion, was composed in 1876–1877, shortly after the death of Dvořák’s young children.

Tickets available at Read's Newsstand & Café, from choir and orchestra members, and at the door.

Tuesday, January 23, 2018
Due to poor weather conditions, rehearsal is cancelled for tonight.
Please consider that our concert is coming up soon, so we were reluctant to call off tonight's rehearsal.
Registration will continue to next week, before our rehearsal on Jan 30.
In addition, on Tuesday February 6 (two weeks from now) rehearsal will begin at 7:00 pm as this will give us some extra practice just before our joint rehearsal with the orchestra.
Please use this opportunity to practice at home :)
And stay warm and dry!
